We have been working hard to bring to life a brand new feature!!
Last December Pfizer held the first of a couple of meetings partnering with Bristol-Myers, and for the event they chose something different: an interactive game built in the App.
From early November the App was online and available to be used, including the access to the lectures and also the delegates could already send their questions. They could also access to the maps to get to the venue, the schedules, and a teaser on the big surprise awaiting them….The Great Extension Race! A car race starting in London and finishing in Madrid, where the reps compete in teams answering questions.
We helped Pfizer to get the most out of the event: having the materials available beforehand, creating an interactive and fun experience during the meeting, and the App is still live after so the attendees can go back to the learning materials and completing the post meeting survey.
They could use their own iPads, enhancing a two-way communication channel, and we designed an easy-to-use App which did not require to use any space in their iPads as everything was online.
