Takeda case: how to strengthen the workforce training

Pharma company Takeda wanted to reinforce the key takeaway messages from their training sessions for their salespeople on the new uses for their drug EDARBI®.

They wanted to explore new ideas to make their conference more dynamic and also to help their team to retain the messages and boost team building. We developed an interactive game for them: a track race against hypertension (HTN). Each one of the 8 teams were represented by an athlete, making his progress to the finish line as they answered the questions. Winner team received a prize.

The reason Takeda chose a game was to make it fun and catchy at the same time, as the main objective was to strengthen the key learning points the delegates had previously been trained for.
